1. Booking & Reservation Policies

By making a reservation at Nature's Harmony Guesthouse, you implicitly agree to our site policies. Direct guesthouse room bookings made via WhatsApp require a partial or full advance deposit to lock in your requested dates, depending heavily on seasonal occupancy rates.

2. Cancellation, Refunds & Early Departures

Because we are a family-run property operating with a highly limited room inventory, cancellations affect our operations significantly. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a partial refund or date-modification voucher. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are entirely non-refundable.

Please note that there are absolutely no refunds or cancellations granted for early departures. Guests are held fully responsible for covering the entire duration of their locked reservation timeframe.

3. Check-In Verification & On-Site Property Rules

• Check-in Times: Guest check-in opens from 12:00 PM onwards. Presentation of a valid government-issued photo identity document is strictly mandatory upon arrival for all checking-in guests to comply with local tourism registers.
• Check-out Times: Room clearance must be completed by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be pre-arranged with management and are subject strictly to incoming booking availability.
• Sanctuary Serenity Hours: To protect the natural jungle tranquility and protect surrounding wilderness wildlife rhythms, property quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

4. Wilderness Setting Disclaimers

Nature's Harmony is located directly adjacent to the pristine borders of the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary. Guests acknowledge that while our accommodations feature secure, fully insulated brick-and-cement construction, they are staying inside an active, rural forest valley environment.

We take rigorous measures to maintain exceptionally clean and comfortable interior spaces, but interactions with local countryside flora, seasonal insects, and surrounding wildlife are normal components of an offbeat nature stay.
