1. Booking & Payment Policies

By making a reservation at Natures Harmony, you agree to our booking policies. Direct bookings made via WhatsApp require a partial or full advance deposit to lock in your requested dates, depending on the season.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Because we are a boutique eco-retreat operating with limited inventory, cancellations hit us hard. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your check-in date are eligible for a partial refund or date modification voucher. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are entirely non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Property Rules

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards. Valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar Card) is strictly required upon arrival.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability.
• Quiet Hours: To protect the natural jungle serenity and wildlife, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

4. Eco-Retreat Disclaimers

Natures Harmony is situated next to the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary. Guests acknowledge that they are staying in an active jungle environment. We take extreme measures to keep our rooms immaculate, but interactions with local flora and seasonal wildlife are part of the natural wilderness experience.
